AVA AI (powered by STAN AI) is coming soon to IAMHOA! AVA will have a dedicated phone number and email address you will be able to text or email to get answers to questions, copies of certain documents, your account balance, where to mail payments, etc., etc. This does not mean you can't communicate with our team the same as always. It is simply an additional tool available for those who choose to use it. AVA will not be limited to our office hours which will be very helpful to those seeking information outside of our customer service hours.
